The BBA is the UK's major authority offering approval of construction products, systems and installers. Contractor approval is renewed yearly, hence BBA carry out a yearly quality check. Should you not obtain approval for the following year a contractor cannot then remain a member of CIGA.
The NIA represents the insulation industry in the UK. The NIA has a Code of Professional Practice that members agree to follow to ensure that the public receive the highest possible level of customer service.
